Our approach to all cases are based on two fundamental principles. First, we are absolutely devoted to becoming experts in every aspect of every case. Like most lawyers, we know the law cold. But we also take great pride in taking the time to master the scientific, engineering and medical principles in all of our cases. We work with teams of established experts to assure we achieve this goal. This knowledge *and preparation allows us to make accurate, understandable and winning arguments to juries.

Second, we commit to spending the time and money necessary to work up our clients’ cases before filing a lawsuit. We hire experts to inspect products and scenes. But we don’t just send them out and ask for reports. We’re right there with our experts getting our hands dirty. Doing this work pre-suit gives us a distinct advantage over our opponents who are left playing catch up.

We pay competitive fees for referral relationships. The referral percentage varies depending on the level of involvement you as referring counsel wish to have and other factors.
